Mirage

I float down life’s river to a destination without a name
Think I’ve lost the plot, don’t remember how to play the game
Drifting along the river, suddenly by my side
Another lonely traveler, he wants to share the ride

Where have you been, I have waited..
For the twisted hand of fate to usher you into my life

Lost and Found. Lost although I’ve found him
He’s a mirage and I’m the desert sun.
Shining on when he’s not there,
Shining on when he’s not there.

Hmmmmm... poetic license stretched to the point of madness. I've seen cases like this before. Soon the crazy laughter will begin and another wonderful friend shall tip over the edge.

I don't usually understand poetry, but this one seems to have made an exception :)

Hey Vedi Muggi, how was your Ladakh trip, very nice to put up a blog, hey tell me what you think about this from a famous ghazal, " Kehne walo ka kuch nahi jata, sehne wale kamaal karte hai,
Kaun doondhe jawab dardo ke,
Log to bas sawal karte hain".
Many hugs Laxmi, good to see u here, cheers, Gajanan
